Store Policies: Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

Shipping

We provide free shipping to the contiguous United States. In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Some larger or unique items have longer processing times. In those cases, this additional time will be clearly indicated.

Please note: Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer as many are made to order, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include surcharges that may apply to some items. All shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, in the event you change your mind, you have 10 days to notify us for approval before sending it back to us. All goods returned for exchange must be in new, saleable condition with original tags (if applicable) and packaging intact. Custom-made orders cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. We accept returns for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, size, or color) products if notified within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Please contact us at shop@angellawashington.com to request a credit or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are provided for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders only. All refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of receipt of the returned item, to the original payment method. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Angella Washington.

Gift Cards

Physical and e-gift cards are not refundable for any reason, and cannot be changed or canceled.
