Shipping Times
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Larger, unique, and custom items may have longer processing times.
Several of our items are handcrafted for us by international artisans and shipped directly from those partners. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer as many are made to order, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same delivery.
Delivery Fees
Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not cover surcharges that may apply to items that are handcrafted for us internationally. All applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
Items crafted and shipped from outside the United States may incur delivery surcharges to US addresses. When these surcharges apply, it will be itemized with shipping fees at checkout.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, in the event you change your mind, you have 14 days from your delivery date to contact us for approval before sending it back to us. All goods returned for exchange must be in new, saleable condition with original tags (if applicable) and packaging intact. Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. We accept returns for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, size, or color) products if notified within 7 days of your delivery. Refunds
Refunds are provided for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders only. All refunds will be completed within approximately 7 days of receipt of the returned item for store credit. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Angella Washington.
Gift Cards
Physical and electronic gift cards can be used to purchase items in the Angella Washington shop, at popup and live events, as well as to purchase business services or promotional items. However, gift cards and store credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards are not refundable for any reason once delivered.
